Damages: any items received must be reported the same day as you receive the item. No exceptions will be made for this, so please always check your items when opening your package. If you receive a damaged item please email the picture to ppbhelp@yahoo.com and we will get back in contact with you within 24 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required for a full refund. Please note some fabrics and colors may vary due to lighting, this is not considered a damaged item.
