How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- Damaged items will be fully refunded. Must be reprted the same day as you receive them. No exceptions will be made for this, so alwasy check your items when you open your package. If you recieve a damaged item please email the picture to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back in contact with you to issue refund.
What items are NOT eligible for return?
- Items that were marked down (sale, clearance, or any item not at original price)
- Preorder Items-NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Food & Self Care Items
- Grab bags, mystery items, surprise steals, ect.
- jewelry due to sanitary issues
- ALL FLASH SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALES-no exceptions
- items purchased using a discount code are final sales
Are there any charges for return?
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If your order qualified for free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from your credit/refund.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
- If you are approved, then you will receive a gift card for the amount of your purchase. Credits are valid for 60 days after they are issued.
- Please note that it may take up to 5 business days to process your return after it arrives to us.
